Domestic Shipping

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via

 

Australia Post.

 

• Small Orders (Stickers/Bookmarks) – $4.00

• Parcel Post (2–5 business days) – $10.00

• Free Shipping – Available for orders over $150.00

 

*Standard parcel delivery takes 2 or more business days.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

 

Damages & Lost Items

 

Unwritten Blends is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.

 

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently offer international shipping to  New Zealand only.

 

Shipping Rates (Tracked Standard Delivery):​

• Up to 1kg – $22.00
